Who is responsible for the data

Epic Burgers, Rådstuguvägen 16, 141 35 Huddinge, is responsible for the personal data processed through this website. If you have any questions, you can reach us at info@epicburgers.se.

What data we collect

If you send a catering inquiry from this page, your own email client will open with the information you filled in. The data is thus sent directly to us as a regular email, not via any database on the website. This includes name, email address, phone number, date, location and what you write yourself.

If you email us directly, we process the information contained in the email.

Orders

Orders are placed through our ordering partners (Qopla and Foodora). When you proceed to their platforms, their respective privacy policies apply and they are responsible for the data you provide there.

Why we process the data

We use the data to respond to your inquiry, plan catering and manage communication with you. The basis is our legitimate interest in being able to respond, or that we need the data to fulfill an agreement with you.

How long we keep them

Catering inquiries and email conversations are kept for as long as they are needed for the matter, for a maximum of 24 months. Records required by the Accounting Act are kept for seven years.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with our email provider and, for booked catering, with accounting or payment services. Otherwise, no information is passed on without your knowledge.

Cookies

The website does not set any cookies for marketing or analysis. The map page loads content from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when the map is displayed.

Your rights

You have the right to request an extract, correction or deletion of your data, and to object to the processing. Contact us at info@epicburgers.se. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
